Serve in AmeriCorps
AmeriCorps is a national service program that engages over 200,000 individuals each year in a variety of service programs. AmeriCorps Members and AmeriCorps Seniors Participants serve with more than 2,000 non-profit, public agency, faith-based, and community organizations nationwide.

AmeriCorps Seniors
AmeriCorps Seniors is a network of volunteer programs for Americans aged 55 and older, connecting them with local organizations to serve their communities. AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers mentor youth, provide companionship to more fragile elders, assist with disaster relief, and help with other local projects. Volunteers are supported with training and insurance, and those in the Senior Companion and Foster Grandparent programs can receive a modest stipend if they meet income requirements
AmeriCorps State, National, & AmeriCorps VISTA
AmeriCorps State & National programs provide team-based direct service to address compelling needs locally, regionally, or nationwide. AmeriCorps VISTA assists agencies by developing their capacity to deliver on their service missions.
AmeriCorps Members gain valuable service experience and have access to professional development and skill-building opportunities while also earning scholarship dollars to be used toward education or student loan repayment. Some AmeriCorps members also receive a living stipend to allow them to serve full-time.
