Supporting Access and Assistance Program

Who We Are

Supporting Access and Assistance Program (SAAP) is a Maine nonprofit organization serving Franklin County. Founded in 2026, SAAP was created to address a gap faced by working, insured adults who may still struggle to afford the cost of ongoing mental health care. Our mission is to reduce financial barriers to mental health care by assisting eligible individuals with psychotherapy copays. We are building a community-centered organization focused on access, dignity, and reducing the financial obstacles that can interfere with continued care.
