Androscoggin County Emergency Management Agency

ACEMA is the managerial function responsible for creating the framework in partnership with local municipal governments, businesses, industries, and non-profit organizations to reduce the effects of disasters through preparedness, prevention, planning, response and recovery activities.

Androscoggin County Emergency Management Agency’s (ACEMA) mission is to protect the lives, property and environment for the citizens of and visitors to Androscoggin County by providing education and support necessary to build, sustain, and improve the capability to ensure the mitigation of, preparation for, response to, and recovery from, the effects of all disasters.
