Who We Are
We are a three-person nonprofit team supported by volunteers and seasonal campus employees who share our passion for Maine’s food and beverage community. United by our mission, we connect the public with the people and stories behind Maine’s local food systems.
What We Do
We strengthen Maine’s local food economy by offering accessible education about our state’s farmers, fishermen, and food producers. Through classes, tastings, and community events, we help visitors learn how to support a more resilient, sustainable food system.
